Article: Feature Spotlight - Clubs & Organizations Module

InstaPage include a collection of industry specific modules to power your homeowners association website. Today's article addresses the Clubs & Organizations feature built into your InstaPage HOA website.

THE PURPOSE OF THE MODULE

The Clubs & Organization module is designed to provide simple one page exposure for a community's clubs and organizations. These can include committees, clubs, and pretty much any organization related to your homeowners association. The system will support one image to help brand an organization's page. When combined with other features such as the Sub-Administrator tool, Document Library, and Community Calendar, any organization can:

• Manage its own page content;
• Setup automated e-mail reminders of upcoming events for the information of registered users through the calendar;
• Maintain their own library folder/sub-folders.

If the free field option is setup by the Site Administrator, registered users can select which organizations they are interested in and the Site Administrator or Sub-Administrator can target e-mail or SMS blasts to a specific organization's group of registered users, as well.

We encourage our clients to make use of this module to improve communications amongst participants and interested residents.
