Article: Reminder of InstaPage's Board Only Feature

We would like to take this opportunity to spotlight one of InstaPage's more useful, but less visible features: the "Board Only" feature.

The Board Only feature includes the following accessible to only those registered users you designate as Board members:

• Board Only News: News articles placed by the Site Administrator or Sub-Administrators for Board members only;
• Board Only Document Library: Documents uploaded to the website by the Site Administrator or Sub-Administrators for Board members only;
• Board Only E-Mail: An easy to use e-mail tool to blast your email to the full Board mail list;
• Board Only Links: Access to links added by the Site Administrator or Sub-Administrators for Board members only.

Once a user's profile has the Board Member box checked and activated by the HOA website Site Administrator, the user will see a new Board Only link in the lower menu when they login to the InstaPage homeowners association website giving them access to the features. This allows Board members access to restricted news, documents, and links not visible to others in the system. These tools improve fast and easy Board communications and sharing of information and can be of great value.

We encourage you to give the Board Only feature a try if you are not already using it.
