Article: Reminder of InstaPage®'s Sub-Administrator Feature

We would like to take this opportunity to spotlight one of InstaPage®'s more useful, but less utilized features: the Site Sub-Administrator feature.

While InstaPage® provides an attractive and robust infrastructure for an HOA website, it serves little purpose if the site's content is not maintained by the Site Administrator. If the burden becomes too heavy for that one person, spreading out the responsibility of maintaining content to Sub-Administrators will resolve your overload problem. Have a committee with its own page under the Clubs & Organizations feature? Provide the committee chair a Sub-Administrator account so they can maintain their own page on the site. Have a resident with an interest in photography? Provide them a Sub-Administrator account and put them in charge of gthte Photo Album feature.

The Sub-Administrator feature provides the Site Administrator detailed power over assigning levels of authority to designated Sub-Administrators too. Authorize an account for specific Library folders (click on DETAILS) next to the Library folder in the Document Library Manager. Yourhomeowners association website can benefit greatly from participation of multiple content managers.

We urge you to draw more residents into management of your website through this powerful tool.
