Article: Improving E-Mail Blast Delivery Rates

Just a friendly reminder that the best way to improve your e-mail blast delivery rates is to have your users add the e-mail address you use as the FROM on your e-mail blasts to their safe senders list. This of course means you should use the same FROM e-mail address in all blasts. We strongly recommend you inform the community of this in some manner. Free e-mail providers like G-Mail, Yahoo, and Outlook use incredibly aggressive spam filtering that can result in any blast being improperly identified as spam.

Note also that most packages we offer include e-mail services at your domain and you will find a higher delivery rate using a FROM with an e-mail address from your domain than a free e-mail from G-Mail or Yahoo, etc.

We also encourage you to use the SMS text feature we provide to reach your users' through their cell phones on important matters.
